pentium 630 with windows xp 64?

Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me if I'll be needing Windows XP 64 to run on a machine with a Pentium 630 3 GHz, bus 800 CPU? Will it make a difference?

To get straight to the point, no, you won't 'be needing' XP64 and infact i wouldn't recommend it at the moment due to buggy and incomplete 64bit windows drivers. I'd stick with regual 32bit windows for now until XP64 drivers and the OS itself are fully operational
