Pinnacle 700 USB

    i just got the pinnacle 700 USB decide to convert a couple home movies to my computer, edit and then burn them on a DVD. but when im trasnfering videos from my camcorder to my computer they come in very choppy and the audio is way offf. Why is it performing such trickery.

    Does your computer meet the system requirements? Does it require USB2? If so maybe you're using USB1.1. Also, try to disable as many programmes in the background as possible (eg MSN) and as a ;ast resort, disconnect from the internet and shutdown your antivirus and firewall!

    Try your cam on some other computer and see if its the same over there?
