    Hi,

I am trying to play an old PC game: Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis on my XP computer. Everything has installed fine and when I go to play the game the intro displaying the Codemasters logo seems to load fine and then the screen just goes black and nothing happens, it won't load the main menu.

If I push Enter I hear the sound as if you were going into the main menu, and then if I press it again it displays the Name and "date" of the level, has a status bar and then nothing happens.

I have tried changing the compatability of the game to Windows ME (My old computer which I used to run it on) and then tried changing the resolution size, graphics out put etc and just having a general fiddle with the controls but nothing seems to work.

I went on the Codemaster's website in search for a patch and installed an upgrade that fixed bugs, hoping that it would fix my problem to play the game but nothing has changed.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I might get this to work?

    Thanks in advanced,

    Skribla

    Whats your full system specs?
Try installing the latest graphics drivers for your graphics card and try re-installing the games aswell.
