Please Help To Choose Hdd.

I am buying a completely new PC who's primary purpose will be gaming.
Components that i have so far picked for it are:

Intel 'CPU LGA1150 Intel® Core™ i7-4790K
GeForce GTX970
DIMM DDR3 2x8GB 2400MHz Kingston HyperX Savage CL11
MB: Z97 Intel chipset, LGA1150 socket, ATX (not sure what model)
900W Raidmax Vampire RX-900GH 80PLUS GOLD

I need some help deciding between the following HDDs (not interested in getting a true SSD at this moment):
Western Digital 1TB 3.5" SATA III 64MB 7200rpm Black
SEAGATE SSHD 1TB + 8GB 3.5", SATA III, 7200rpm, 64MB
Western Digital 1TB SATA III, 64MB, 3.5", 7200rpm, Entrprise RE
SEAGATE 1TB, 3.5", SATA III, 64MB, Barracuda 7200.14

All have 7200rpm 3.5" Sata3 64MB cache, but i have questions about specific things:
- How does the "WD Black" mentioned above compare to the "Seagate Barracuda" mentioned above?
- I have heard that all the WD Black and Seagate Barracuda HDD series are (more-or-less) old and/or discontinued and should be avoided when possible?
- Are the new Seagate SSHD actually good for gaming? I heard that regular 7200rpm HDD are better for gaming than the SSHD ones (also with 7200rpm)?
- Is there a Western Digital counterpart to the Seagate SSHD mentioned above that would be good for gaming?
- WD Enterprise RE is, i guess, for business purposes. However are any of those features perhaps useful for a gaming PC, or is it of no importance?

Thank you for reading and helping me out :)

CPU: For gaming i5-4690K is equal and much cheaper. If not overclocking, then Xeon 1231v3 is fine.
GTX970 is not recommended because Nvidia lied about specs and memory
DIMM OK
MB OK
You are fine with 500-600W power. 900W is expensive overkill.

What? Not interested in SSD? Any SSD is faster than any of those and of course, you buy SSD AND HDD.

Western Digital 1TB 3.5" SATA III 64MB 7200rpm Black
SEAGATE SSHD 1TB + 8GB 3.5", SATA III, 7200rpm, 64MB
Western Digital 1TB SATA III, 64MB, 3.5", 7200rpm, Entrprise RE

In order:

- WD Black is fast(er) but also hot(ter) and loud(er).
- Avoided why? Barracuda is OK, Black is hot and loud as stated above. So recommendation is usually Western Digital Blue.
- SSD + HDD is much better. Regular HDD is not better than SSHD but difference is not big enough to justify it over SSD+HDD combo.
- No.
- No importance.

So, you need SSD, for example Crucial MX100 or BX100, 256GB both. Remember to avoid Samsung 840 EVO and 850 EVO.

And you also need regular HDD. For 1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200 is OK and for same price goes Western Digital Blue.
