Poll ?

not that i want to start one, but how do i create a Poll ?
and if i can, how do i create a Sticky ?
btw both on HWF

When you click "new thread" there is an "additional options" box below the bit you enter text.

Threads can only be stickied by moderators.

Only Administrators and Moderators can create stickies
