Power Supplt/Compatibility

    This would be my second build. I'm not sure that the power supply is adequate. Also, are all the components compatible?

    CPU: Intel i7-930
    MOB: ASUS Sabretooth X58
    RAM: Gell, Black Dragon 6GB (3x2GB)
    GPU: EVGA Ge Force GTS 450 (Fermi) 1GB
    PSU: SeaSonic m12II 620 Bronz 620W
    SSD: Intel X25-M 80GB (for OS & apps)
    HDD: Samsun Spinpoint 500GB (Storage)
    OPT: LG DVD Burner
    OS: Windows t Home Premium 64 bit

    The PSU should be ok. The components seem to fit together at first glance, but can't say 100% w/o manually searching the compatibility lists. The only way to be sure is to do that yourself (that's actually the hardest work of all when putting a PC together - you should know that since this ain't your first rig)
