This would be my second build. I'm not sure that the power supply is adequate. Also, are all the components compatible? The PSU should be ok. The components seem to fit together at first glance, but can't say 100% w/o manually searching the compatibility lists. The only way to be sure is to do that yourself (that's actually the hardest work of all when putting a PC together - you should know that since this ain't your first rig)
