Hi there, first time posting on the forum. My friend and I are working on a project involving a mobile linux platform. I'm currently using a pico-itx motherboard that has a 12v DC in. I was curious if it were possible to power it from a 5v source? The highest voltage component would most likely be the USB ports requiring 4.75-5.25v. Or am I mistaken? Thanks in advance.

Been wondering the same thing, myself. Best i found was an in car adapter (Sorry, no links) Best I remeber, though, there is some kind of adapter on VIA's site. Might be worth checking out.
