PPT and Flash

Hey guys. I've been having a problem with Power Point. I know that you can insert pictures and videos, but does anybody know how to insert FLASH animations? :confused:

Anyone's help/input would be greatly apreciated.

in powerpoint go to

view > toolbars > control toolbox

in the control toolbox select more controls (bottom right corner)

select shockwave flash object

then create a box of the required size, right click on it > properties

then in the movie column type in the full path to the flash movie
