    Why won't directX 9 diagnostic tools run under Windows 98 SE?

    could you provide a bit more information? like do you get any error messages? or it just does not work? pc specification? thanks

    You might need to re download it again and reinstall. If you got it off Windows Update, you should be able to find the installer somewhere on MS site.
