I think donkey42 means try Linux?

Anyway, I don't *think* you can because you need the information they provide so you can try and fix the issue.

the error appears on power director, spent 4 days making a produce with about 30 seperate saves and it will not open the last 10 or so saves (1 or 2 days work) it just crashes - dont be fooled, it is a lot of work!

    its crap design!!

i want to put a stop to the illegal errors and just get on with the program, coz illegal errors close the program down when it does someting 'wrong' but generally this is a microsoft "we like to dominate your lives" sort of bullshit and it's worrening my life
