I am building my PC for editing videos, photos, gaming and recording videos, some people told me that i5 overclocked is enough and some said that i7 is enough, I dont want to overclock my pc at all, and my question is i5 will be enough without overclocking or should i take i7?

This is the model of i7:
    Intel Core i7-2600 Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core

Well, it depends on lots of factors.
Personally I have a Laptop Computer with an i3 Proccessor.
It plays games without any problems on highest detail level, startup time is fantastic... maybe thats because I have 6GB ram and a super Graphics card ;)
anyway there isn't a noticeable difference between i5 and i7. Maybe in 10 years when the more greater Games come out
will you need i7. Of course by then they will have even better processors.

So if I where you, get any of the Intel i5 series, they are great in my opinion. :)
