I have an issue with my gigabyte geforce 9600 gt 1gb chip.

Using windows xp x86 sp3: windows loading stops and freez at some point (that i believe it's the video driver loading time). also with the lastes drivers. boots 1 time out of 10 tries. (no problems after booting and good graphics performance).
Using windows vista x64: screen freezs after windows loading (a black screen of death).

Tried alot of drivers to solve this issue but nothing worked.
    my Systrem config. is:
    Motherboard: EP45-EXTREME from gigabyte.
Prossesor: Intel core2 quad 2.4 ghz/4 mb cash.
    Ram: 6GB
Power supply: 500 watt. ( card req. 450 watt min.)

If i disable video driver windows boots successful

Please help me with that issue :s
    Thanks.
