quake 4 command console

how do u get it so it comes on
i saw this on a site and dont no how to do it .
any help please

Create a shortcut to the Quake4 executable and edit the shortcut's command line with the suffix +set com_allowConsole 1 to enable the console

mainly were do i edit were is the command line

hello its very simple

you'd have the quake icon on your desktop. simpy right click it and click properties and in the Target add the following text to the end:

+set com_allowConsole 1

it should look something similar to this... (but not exact)
