OK so I need to wipe my hard drive and reinstall XP Pro with NTFS instead of the current FAT32. however I've setup everything as I like it, with some server software and it will take a lot of work to get it back to this condition.

Is there drive imaging software that lets you restore the data on a disk even though the new drive has a different file system? As in NTFS instead of FAT32.

I don't know of any off the top of my head that'll do that but i *think* Partition Magic 8 or later lets you convert it to and fro NTFS and FAT etc... and then you can image and restore!
