Pull out the Bio's battery for 10 minutes, then reinstall the ram then the battery..

So your ram is PC-3200 ?or pc-2700 ? And it works in another computer? Test your ram 1 stick at a time in different slots... then try different ram in those slots.
That is an old board, maybe the ram slots burned out..

Oh yea! It doesn't take much ...I would try another ram, PC-2700 or PC-2100.. Test with 1 stick.. Sometimes the pc-3200 sticks don't work so good in the older PC's
I have a Older MSI board that takes all three different size of ram, But will only run on the pc-2700 ...

Yea! That Motherboard supports a bunch of different Memory chips.. Like these..
ASRock G PRO takes the PC1600/2100/2700 DDR SDRAM DIMMs or PC100/133 SDRAM DIMMs Memory Type.
I would use pc-2100 DDR 184 pin -266 mhz... Thats what it say to use(default) Can you read the chip you have and tell me what it says ?
