Im running P5B deluxe w/ P965 chipset. on it I have the E6750 processor and 2x512MB sticks of Corsair DDR2800 and 1 1GB stick of DDR2800 running in Dual Channel Asymmetrical. I thought getting a new processor would make this problem go away but it hasnt. In Memtest 86+ V. 1.70 im getting a reading of a little less than 3,000 mb/sec. for mem. bandwidth. That is wayyyyy toooo low for DDR2800 or probaly and DDR2. I have the latest bios (1226) and have turned AI tuning to manual increasing the CPU FSB to 440 making it 3.5GHZ and bringing the RAM up to DDR2-870 (1:1). Configure RAM Timings by SPD is enabled meaning all RAM timings are on auto. AI tuning is the only thing ive changed regarding RAM and that shouldnt yield such a low bandwidth. New Mobo? New RAM? Please help. I get the same readings when i boot into windows and use Sandra. Any help, any is appreciated. BTW- Im loving the C2D's. Im a little late to the party but these things run so dammmm cool compared to the Pentium D's. (;
