Hi everyone. First time on the forum. I have a quick question about ram I was looking at adding ram into my computer. I was just wondering if I have to use the exact same ram or can I use different brands? I know already that they should be the same mhz. What else should I be aware of?
Besides, just adding; Even though the description on the front of the modules say exactly the same on both of the modules you plan to install, they can still be different from eachother if they are from different brands. You always want to go sure that you only have RAM from one brand in your computer.
