Did this just start do this,If so I would try system restore and go back about 3 to 5 days.. System restore will let you restore to an earlier date,but only back 5 days ...I would run all AntiVirus software and Spyware programs,, You could have a virus.

Once again, how long has this been doing this? Did you try system restore? I notice that this error is comming from DCOM, Try this,Go to Gibson Research and download the DCOM patch to close it off. Try it and see if that works. If It doesn't I hope you have a set of recovery disks...
Do you have nVidia firewall installed on your computer? If yes then uninstall it and see how your computer will works.
Have a look at Event 10016 may be logged in the System log on a computer that is running Windows XP Professional x64 Edition I don't think you've got spyware or a virus, are you running an Asus mobo? *Most* of the results for the CLSID you listed are linked to Asus. Run memtest to rule out dodgy RAM, then follow the M$ KB and identify what the CLSID is related to. A reinstall of mobo drivers may help.
