So I have this internal hard drive from my Dell Dimension 3000 and tried to transfer the data from it to my laptop using a hard drive adapter. My laptop successfully installed the driver but the hard drive doesn't appear in My Computer window. So I clicked on Disk Management but it said that "Disk3" had to be initialized before being used??
