This really isn't my problem so much as it is my little brothers problem but I feel bad. Apparently I deleted his level 14 saved game and I can't find any way to recover it.

Has anyone had this problem, and have they ever found a solution or is he screwed??

    Deleted in what way?

as long as the file has not been written over then it is recoverable...

I just deleted it. I didn't overwrite it.

Yeah if it was manually you can get it from the recycle bin, if it was in games its gone. The alternative would be to get a saved game from the a website, lol, some one made Steven Seagal or i could send you a character of mine : D.

no, no matter how you did it there is a chance of recovery.

as long as the section of disk the file was on has not been overwritten, then it can still be recovered.

what was the hard drive formatted as? (NTFS or FAT32?)

I deleted it from the game and the format of the drive that contains the saves is NTFS. However the drive that contains the rest of the game is FAT32.
