removing adware

Hi, can anyone tell me how to remove adware from my computer. I did a norton virus search and found it. I have know ideal how I got it the only away is when I download some screensaviors.
 
If your AV has caught it its probably a virus, not spyware. However, to check for spyware, download [google]Ad-aware Personal[/google] and do a scan with that.
