    Hi Friends,

Recently I was facing restarting problem with my PC. One I couldn't even start my PC. Immediately I formatted my PC. My it is working but couldn't get rid of restarting problem. Not only this I'm also unable to see any movie using Windows Media Player, only sound is coming...there is no picture:eek:. But on the other hand I can see the same movie using Power DVD.

Could any one give me any solution to get rid of these problems?

    Thanks in advance,
    NJOY

well, first the restart problem should be addressed. Two possible things - either RAM or PSU. Do these restarts happen after doing something (putting the PC under load) or apparently w/o any reason?

What're the specs of your machine (CPU/RAM/VIDEO CARD/MOTHERBOARD/PSU).

    Hi Sadie,

What is the operating system do you use. It is an general case with Amd processors that when it goes hot the power goes off. And it takes some time to come bak to life. Incase if you have a PC hardware monitor please check the processor temp Or else download the latest service pack and install.

If you have a faulty ram you will get a blue screen.

Let us check it out one by one....

    All the best ...!!!:O
