Any chance someone could go out to newegg.com and tell me what I need? When I go out under fans/heatsinks, there are really no heatsinks available, unless I am missing something.

I'd check what the retail box goes for. If the difference between the retail and oem chips is $20 or less, get the retail box.
http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=80699-2 ZipZoomFly has the retail box for about $10 more. I've ordered some stuff from them too, and they're fine. A real good competitor to Newegg, not to mention they have a very good rating overall. Also, the retail box CPU's have a longer warranty with them. The OEM chips have whatever warranty the reseller gives them, which is frequently 30-90 days vs. 1-3+ years for the retail box. That's of course, if you give a rats arse about it (some people don't).
I'd check out prices between ZZF and Newegg. ZZF might trump Newegg by a few points on some stuff and vise versa.
