i was wondering if it really works like a regular screen saver would and i can turn my windows screen saver off or if its just a nice gimick.
It takes the place of your screen saver. I haven't really messed with it myself as I run the command line version. IIRC, it does take more CPU cycles than the command line. The command line isn't terribly difficult to setup. Even a CLI wuss like myself can do it.
does the command line version work as quickly, yeah the graphical version takes a hefty load a realy heft load, my computer at ide maybe with a few things open on has a CPU usage of 1 to 5 percent and with F@H on it 50 percent. And from what i see the F@H screen saver doesn't take the place of the windows screen saver in fact they run on top of each other unless i turn the windows screen saver off
