Hi,
This is my first post on this forum, unfortunately have to start with a slight problem.
I have seagate 500 external hard drive which has been performing well until now. I seem to have lost all the files stored on it probably my own fault, I tried some undelete software but all I got was the following message:
F:\ is not accessable
The request could not be performed because of an I/O error.
F is the seagate, so can anyone tell me what this means. Many thanks and best regards, Rick T.
