I would wait and get a new motherboard and cpu. Right now, you're missing out on DDR3, USB 3.0, and faster cpu capabilities. Intel also recently released their newly patented data transferring technology called LightPeak. When it will it PC's is still unknown but some speculate late 2011 or early 2012. It's worth waiting for. By then you'll also be able to take advantage of Intel's new 22nm cpu technology.
