    hi guys,

    i currently own phenom ii x6 1075t, 8gb DDR3 1333MHz Ram, and HD7750 Graphics card, all on ASUS M4N75TD,

I am looking to upgrade it. Can i wait for AMD APU A10-5800K,?

it also supports 1800Mhz ram, so Phenom+1333Mhz Ram or A10+1800Mhz ram?
i thought the crossfire performance of 7660D with 7750 would beat the phenom ..

Is this advisable?. I am looking to play games and use after effects, and probably conversion softwares.

I can also buy a GTX560 if it makes big difference.
i am an AMD Fan Boy.

No. All APU's use either FM1--for Llano-based APU's, or the new FM2 for Trinity-based ones. The Phenom uses socket AM3. If you had an AM3+ socket motherboard (supports 140W CPU's per AMD design spec) you might be able to move into an 8-core FX chip, but I think the only thing faster than what you have now is the 1100T. You might be able to get an FX chip to work, but I don't know what non-AM3 boards have the BIOS update and electrical capabilities to support them. Additionally, Llano isn't going to offer the CPU performance you have now.

For gaming performance, that's easy: new video card, as the 7750 is a mid-range unit, so there are better units available from AMD and nVidia. Depending on the motherboard's support and your budget, you might consider running a Crossfire setup.

If your motherboard can support it, upgrading the amount of RAM would be helpful with some of your speed issues.

Beyond the RAM and video card, there's probably not a whole lot you can do outside of moving to a Sandy Bridge or Ivy Bridge-based system.

if i buy a a10, i would definitely buy a FM2 motherboard, or if i buy FX8120, i will buy a AM3+ mobo. My main importance will be playing games, but at full hd resolution, just at 1366x768 resolution. I have a feeling that 2133Mhz ram that is supported by A10-5800K, would seriously make difference with 1333Mhz ram supported by phenom processors. other than gaming, i might use after effects. Considering ur suggestion to improve my graphics card, i can buy a HD6850 or GTX560.

My mobo supports graphics card only 8x, so i suppose it will bottleneck the hd6850 or gtx560, which is why am trying to change everything.

i heard that, trinity comes with 7660D graphics unit that will blend good with hd7750. that is one of the reason am moving to A10-5800K.
