Should it be pushing out, or sucking in? I have two other case fans in, one in the front sucking in, and one in the back pushing out.

Yea. I originally had it pushing out, but NvMonitor still was giving me warnings. So I decided to open up my case and re-arrange my cables, and turn the side-fan around to see if that would help any. I posted here to make sure. So far, I've been cooler by about 4*C. Thanks again, B. :D

Yea, generally you want the fans near the bottom intaking and the fans near the top exhausting.
