    I was wondering if anyone knew of any programs that use can edit line art on linux, Flexisign is what i use on Windows. Also are any windows and Linux image formats compatable such as jpeg

    If by line art you mean SVG (scalable vector graphics), there's always Inkscape. As for graphics formats, yeah, no problem.
