I have a GeForce 7300 GS in my PC and the VDO tool tells me that it is SLI capable and just says add another graphics card for improved rendering.

As it happens, I have another GeForce 7300 GS so would I be able to just stick it in there?

Sorry if this seems really basic but I didn't even know SLI existed until a couple of days ago so I'm not too hot on the subject.

if the card supports sli, which i think all 7 series cards do and as long as you have the hardware bridge then you should be good. Oh wait they need to be same hardware manufacturer as well. Also i am guessing that they are PCI-e and you have 2 PCI-e slots

While it does do SLI, it doesn't need the bridge...which is good given there's no connector for the SLI bridge.

Sounds good. Just didn't want to put it in there and break anything... Cheers.
