slowing fans down, not working :(

i hjave installed my new mobo and processor (3700+ AND GIGABYTE K8NSC) the problem is, i cant seem to alter fan speeds in speedfan, is there anyway to change the fan speeds?

If Speedfan and Motherboard Monitor won't allow you to then the only option left is an external fan speed controller i'm afraid!
Sure you got your sensors configured properly?

hmm, i dont know how to configure the sensors, i will have to refer to the manual :(

at moment i have unplugged both front and back fan becouyse of there loudness, good job cpu is only at 18-30 at idle.
