I have downloaded a bulk email software to be used to send newsletters. The first few days was working fine during testing. Suddenly I am receiving the following error: socket error 10051 I am no computer expert but I tried sending emails with outlook/express and incredimail with no problems at all. It is with this software. I downloaded another trial version (different product) but still with the same issue. I spent days preparing this newsletter and now once finished could not send it. Can someone give me step by step help to solve it. Cheers and great forum!!!
PSCS Knowledgebase - Socket Error 10051 - Network is Unreachable Some google-ing suggests that either your router/firewall is blocking the packets, or your ISP is blocking the packets. In either case, you may end up having to contact your service provider unless you are confident poking around your router.
