It sucks becuase I'm a paying customer. I have the monthly plan and I also pay 30/yr for the phone number. I was expecting a very important call when it was out. I called them back and They found someone else to do the job they wanted me to do. Skype sucks. To make matters worse the latest version crashed when I initiated a call. So i reverted to the old version and it works, barely.
