Ok, I have a Dell Dimensions XPS. I have two hard drives, an 80GB and a 120GB one is serial ATA and the other is Ultra ATA. I'm copying a bunch of files from one hard drive to the other and the CPU usage jumps to 99%. When I'm playing Warcraft3 the same thing happens CPU goes between 85 and 90%.

    Specs:
    Penitum4 3.2GHz,
1GB of DDRAM and a Geforce 6800 256MB graphics card.

What could it be? I have spyware and antivirus stuff on it, defragging it right now. Any ideas would be awesome. :D
