    Hello everyone!

I got a Toshiba satellite a300-1mm with win7-prof installed. The programs that I primarily use are the following: Microsoft office 2007, Matlab, skype, spotify, opera. I would like to replace my damaged HDD(250GB) with a lower capacity SSD. Would a 64GB-SSD be enough?

Ofcourse it will be,but if you start installing games..You will need more then 64GB.

    Windows 7 = 16GB
    Microsoft Office = 1GB
    Matlab,Skype,Spotify,Opera = 1GB in total

An SSD of 64 GB would only be useful to boot your system faster. You could install your OS and some applications you use often on the SSD and everything else on a mechanic hard drive.
