Hi All here is my setup: Onboard Soundmax Soundcard >> an amplifyer(that i rebuilt at home becuse some of the circutary was broken) >> 4 speakers. Now this lot has been working perfectly for ages, but now when i push the volume up high (but not more than it could handle before) it starts crackiling (it sounds almost like static) is this the sound card or the amp?
