Started getting random hang ups and BSODS when doing intensive stuff on my machine.

Ran memtest 86+ and got an error on one of the modules so took one out to see if it would still hang, it didn't. Bought another module and the issue has arised again.

I tested the single module in both slots and it made no difference, still didn't hang. It only hangs when I use both at the same time but only after a seemingly random amount of time.

Checked the BIOS voltages and everything was fine (with one module) but speedfan and hwmonitor say the voltages are wrong.

Can the OS change the voltages of the machine?

    Thanks!

This works for about a day. I even do a full shutdown of my PC to see if the problem will reappear and it did not. Today, the HP crashes with the same problem. Restart produces same blank screen after windows loading bar. I start the gaming PC from standby and it never gets to the log in menu. Hard reset gives the same blank screen after windows loading bar
