For quite some time I have a problem with my computer. While his work I heard a strange grinding sound and computer crashes. Whether work under pressure or not I hear this sound and it crashes. I take it several times to a service but they couldn't make nothing for my PC. They said that the computer works fine. The last time I was advised when I hear the sound in question to put RAM-memory of the other two slots. This really helps, but only temporarily - for about a week or two and then again the same.
I recorded the sound you can hear it here, on the second 2 is heard screeching. Give advice on what to do?

The parameters of my computer are:
    CPU: Intel E8400 3.00GHz
    MB: Asus P5E
    RAM: 2x2.00GB Corsair XMS2 DDR2-800
    GPU: ATI Radeon HD 3870

Grinding sounds can only come from a couple of places, and the ram/memory is not one of them.. It is either the hard drive or the power supply or a fan... Open the case up, and run the computer like that until you can pin point where it is coming from..
