I've said before about how my NorthBridge runs slightly hot (about 53*C) and I've bought a new cooler and fan to cool it down to no avail, but I remember seeing in my motherboard manual that same temperature as I was getting so it must just run hot normally.
Anyway when I am using speed fan and I turn the NB fan down all the way it says my NB temp drops to 48*C. This can't be right can it?

I think your motherboard's sensors are inaccurate. Just feel with your finger on the heatsink to see what's really going on

why on speedfan does you temps say like sys temp and nb temp, and mine only say temp 2, temp 3, my temp 3 which registers as 128 celsius must be northbridge must it?, or is there a way to configure speed fan?

you can change the temp names to what each temperature correspnds to, but you have to know which one is which otherwise it could get confusing.
Click on configure and then you can rename the temps from there.
