    I have..
    1 GB DDR pc400
    512 GB DDR pc400
    PCIX MSI 8600 GT 512 MB graphics card
    creative SD 5.1 Channel Sound Card
    Pentium 4, 2.67GHZ

    I need a new motherboard compatible with these devies..
    PS: eye only Intel.

    also please tell me how much it ll cost if I go for a new processor + motherboard.
    Budget : 6000 INR
