Right Who can get the quickest calculation of 1MB worth of data in Super Pi :D

    http://swg-planet.com/procalx/pafiledb/pafiledb.php

Look in Benchmarks Section, download SuperPi and run a new calculation using: 1MB of data, the quicker you do it the better your processor is at raw calculations :good:

It's a good indication of Folding capabilities and speeds :)

    I just did it on a: AMD Duron 700Mhz 256MB SD133 at work, and I got: a horrifying 3mins 07 seconds

A Pentium 4 2.4GHZ+ / AMD64 2800+ should be able to calculate 1MB Super Pi calculation in about 30-60 Seconds.

    :D Enjoy

No waffle, when you load the program it does not automatically do it for you.. for some reason that same result is shown by default.

    Now.. Click: "Calculate(C)"

When asked to "Select digits of Pi to be calculated" select "1M" (1MegaByte)

Now how long does it take :)

Example: (My Test Machine @ Work)
