Make sure your R9500's BIOS is using the same regional video standard as your TV (i.e. PAL). I am in the US, and once got an OEM R8500 which was PAL, but my counties' standard is NTSC. I had to download the BIOS from my video card, modify it to support NTSC, and re-flash the card's BIOS. Hope this helps...

Hmmm, it could be that your TV is capable of viewing PAL and NTSC, and you must set the input mode manually. The more likely possibility is that your video card is using the wrong TV standard. You can us the ATI BIOS Tools [Omegacorner.com - BIOS Section, bottom of page] to see if that is really your problem, and fix it if necessary. Download your BIOS from your video card, open it with the editor, and you'll be able to see whether it's really PAL or NTSC. If it's NTSC, you can easily set it to PAL and save your new BIOS. then you just flash your video card with your updated PAL BIOS.
