How hot should it be in there?

    CPU temp: 60*C max
    System temp: 60-70*C max

However, keep in mind that the system temp sensors are calibrated and not that accurate to begin with, so take the readings with a grain of salt. If you're not running into stability issues under intense situations, I'd leave it go.

    Thanks for the info, Big.

Was getting worried when the temperature monitor started beeping when it reached 45*C.

Is this the software monitor or is the motherboard beeping?

I have NvMonitor open to tell me if anything's overheating. When it detects something's hot, it beeps the internal speaker, (case speaker).
