    First of all, Welcome to HWF Special D

    RAM: 1GB is good enough for most of the games but not for all, so increase it to 2GB if possible.

    Recommendations
    The only thing I would like to recommend you is to go for AM2 or Core 2 Duo(better than AM2) istead of 64 X2. Reason being, you will get a future proof system. But that will require a different Mobo and RAM. You can do more overclocking with them though.

    I dont know much about Video cards, so cant say anything about it.
