    For anyone wondering why a hex number ending in D8 41 56 C5 63 56 88 C0 is appearing everywhere, its just people expressing there opposition to copyrighting numbers and right to freedom of speech.

    Yes, that is the end of a AACS key.... but its also a number, i only posted the end half as to avoid any possible moderation.

    I'm tempted to post the full number, but i won't without permission :p (i don't pay the hosting costs for hwf. so i will follow there rules!).

    AACS is a form of copy 'protection' used on high def DVD's, to decrypt the content you need a 32 charecter hexedecimal number.

    They claimed AACS to be unbreakable, and they failed. now there trying to copyright a number (and naturaly, quite a few people have taken offense!)
