Above ground! My current living area consists of a basement with concrete floors. I'm going to be getting an aparment with another guy from work. We don't actually sign until July 1st and then start moving that day, but it feels good that I won't be living with my folks anymore. Just another step in geeks anonymous therapy Anyway, if you don't see me for a week, that's the reason why.
Nice dude, don't worry I know people who never left their parents place and are in their mid fourties and lates thirties. They've got no regrets though which is a little odd. Hope you like yer new place BB.
Yeah, it's a nice place, and it's one of the better priced ones in town. I've seen pricier ones that had less space, so this is definitely a good deal. The other bonus is that they cut off a little extra $$ because of where we work, which is really nice. It's closer to work as well, which will help considering the cost of gas these days (and I remember when it was 87 cents a gallon). I just don't want to be thirty and be living at home, so that's my next step in the direction I want to go...followed by paying off my car loan (less than 1/2 to go!).
good luck with the move, don't drop any precious hardware!! my current living area consists of a bed, my desk and my pc. the rest of the floor space in covered in clothes and books. nice and hygenic.
awesome, i bet your happy about moving out with your parents though nothing beats home cookin'. Now onto the apppartment life-dehydrated noodles! weee! we'll be waiting for you to join back up again.
Congratualtions, Big B! When everyone tries to give you stuff to fill your new place, don't feel guilty. They mean it when they say they want to get rid of it and that you're doing them a favor.
