    You could use StyleXP from TGTSoft Home. This program includes many visual themes, and can be applied very easy.

    I use WindowBlinds. Yeah, it does cost about $20, but it's easy to use.

    I have tried both nd they are good...Longhorn one is in smaller size than Vista but provide more options...dnt knw how!
