Is there any one out there who can advise me on how to re format the above laptop which has been loaded with NT. I have just purchased this from a bust business who had wiped HD before sale. The computer boots but says there is a missing NT file and to re loead it. The laptop will not respond to a boot floppy......Getting close to sell by date and beginning to choose window for laptop to be sent through. James

First make sure the floppy disk has bootable files on it.
You need to enter the laptop's CMOS setup. Turn on the laptop and start tapping the delete key (you may have to tap F2 or F10). Go into 'Boot Options' and make sure the floppy disk is the first bootable item on the list
