Hi everyone, I'm new to the forums here so please be nice . I'm trying to think of the next best upgrade for a PC gamer getting ready to play RIFT. I upgrade my mobo to a top of the line Intel model (I believe it's Intel, I'll dig the box up eventually), an Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q8300 2.5 ghz, and I got 4 brand new gigs of RAM. I did a re-format and installed these successfully in about 6-7 hours. I've been beta testing the new MMO Rift, and I'd like to be able to play it with a reasonably high frame-rate on maxed settings. I've only got Windows XP Pro, so I can only use 3.2 gigs of my RAM. Would upgrading to Windows 7 64-bit Pro help at all? Or do I need to upgrade anything else?
