Tv Tuner Problem

    Hi

    i installed my tv tuner, and i selevy antenna on the tv tuner application which i have re-installed loads of times, and all i get is a black screen, non of that snow stuff you should get when you dont get a signal and i dont know what is up with the tv tuner, i have tryed using a different PCi slot i have also tryed a fresh install of windows and still to no success :(

    TV tuner make i belive is: Tevion TV7134 WDM Video Capture.......Philips WDM TVTuner

    i remember a similar post, which was solved by mega, i think he suggested rescanning for TV channels, but i cant find the post, sorry

    re-scanning, i dident get anyhting trying that, also withought scanning i should get that snowy effect which i did not.
